Authentic Mexican Chicken Casserole

Mexicans use chicken a lot in their diet which is one of the reasons why the Mexican cuisine is healthy and recommended by nutritionists around the Globe.

Mexicans have great chicken soups, fresh and tasteful chicken salads that make a full and very healthy meal, many main chicken-based dishes, and so on.

This may come as a surprise to many Americans because Mexican food in the United States is not the authentic Mexican food. The Tex-Mex food, Mexican food in the U.S, is Americanized and it is very rich in fat and calories which is not the case with the traditional Mexican food.

Traditional Mexican food is low on fat and calories and rich in vitamins and minerals. Therefore if you whish to eat healthy and be healthy the traditional Mexican food is the great choice for you and your loved ones.
